In 2022, we applied our capabilities to evaluate over 18,000 items across more than 190 store sections, helping our clients to identify those products that could most easily be rationalized by leveraging a multitude of data sets, coupled with our proprietary analytic approach.

We designed, tested, developed, and implemented a new merchandising solution that significantly improved the in-store shopping experience and accelerated category growth by more than +13% (nearly 2x the expected/ control store rate).

Prior to founding BSG, Chris spent over 30 years in progressively senior leadership roles at companies including Nielsen, Nestlé Canada, and Maple Leaf Consumer Foods.

At McCormick we were faced with a common problem for many CPG organizations. The Clubhouse brand had tremendous brand recognition, consumer efficacy, and dominant market share but stagnant category and brand growth.
